Sanghyun Jeon wins Excellence Award at "Nation R&D real challenge program" funded by Korea Institute of Human Resources Development (KIRD).
He was recognized by KIRD as a great principal investigator.
Qualcomm Korea conducted the '16th Qualcomm IT Tour', which invited 20 outstanding college students and graduate students from Korea to Qualcomm's US headquarters. Sanghyun Jeon had been chosen and participated in the program as a team leader.

Sanghyun Jeon was selected for the "Next Generation Science Technology Leader in Korea" by the Korea Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST) and participate in the Next-Generation Science Technology Leader exchange cooperation program. This program provides the opportunity to select domestic graduates of science and engineering majors and attend academic conferences (US-Korea-Conference) in the United States.
Sanghyun Jeon had been appointed the team leader and participate in "Global Leadership Program 2018". This program carried out a group project in the theme of "Contribution and role to global society as a future engineer" with students from Yonsei-Keio-Waseda-Korea Universities.
The Ministry of Science and ICT of Korea awarded Sanghyun Jeon
the "National Science & Technology Scholarship".
